Yesterday was some DL at 75% or so.
5x3 at 345.. Hit all 5 sets in <15 min.
Shut down the rest of the day after my left patella started bothering me again.
Today was Chest since I’m giving my knee a break.
Bench: Warmups, 250x6, 260x6, 270x5
Incline DB: 3x8 @ 90s
Weighted dips; 3x6 @ +53
Gonna start next week at 260 and finish at 275 on bench.
5x3 at 345.. Hit all 5 sets in <15 min.

Squat: 205 (down from the failed 230 of friday) 5, 5, 9 (6 was my previous amrap at that weight)
Bench: playing around with a new machine in the gym. It's a lever? machine, that starts at the bottom of the press, loads individual sides, and has adjustable bars to raise/lower the starting spot. It's much safer to solo on than an actual bench press. had 180 (90 per side) on it and did 5, 5, 13. It's clearly much easier than a real bench but I feel like I can feel it better in my chest.
rows: 145 x 5, 5, 10
Deadlifting with a friend today to have someone check out my form and give me help/coaching. looking forward to it, but I feel like shite today.

Deadlift today. Had a friend join me so he could give me some feedback on stance, form etc.
Pulled 315 (sumo) for the first time ever today (never attempted it). My working weight was only supposed to be 215. Did 225 x5 to make his warmup sets easier and then decided to give 315 a shot after seeing him do it. It went up easily once I realized my back wasn't gonna rip apart.

That's what keeps most people from doing heavy weights. They think they are going to snap.

I wanted to hit some delts at the end and it was during a CF class. Barbells are off-limits during class since retards were dropping them during instruction. 70lb KBs are the heaviest they have.
