What kind of injury?

Mine was so bad I couldn't get into low bar. I did active recovery and PT on myself and back at it this week. Hurt it last week.

AC joint in the shoulder. Then when rehabbing that I ended up getting another unrelated I just that required surgery.

We're just at 7 months lost surgery and working back...but damn I feel like a bitch squatting 335

You got an impingement? I read in a journal that dead hanging can eventually relieve AC joint impingement. I'll see if I can find it.

Had a CF competition yesterday and hit 190 on a power snatch. Kinda hurt my back a bit on it but that's the most I've gotten. Dunno if that's a decent weight, seems solid to me.

I hate the damn gym lately. I’ve vasicslly been doing low intensity cardio for the past two months.

Today I took the bar out for a few.

Going to leave the weights alone for a while and do more cardio. Weights were getting boring.

Ran 2 miles this morning. Going to bump that a mile every week.

Just did 8 rounds on the heavy bag. Holy shite.

Chest/Back tonight:

Bench Press: 135x12, 145x10, 155x8, 165x6, and 175x4.

Incline Bench: 95x12, 105x10, 115x8, 125x6, 135x4.

Dumbbell Flies: 25x12, 30x10, 35x8, 40x6

Dips: 12,10, 8, 6, 4.

Deadlifts: 135x12, 185x10, 225x8, 245x6, and 265x4.

Barbell Row: 95x12, 105x10, 115x8, 125x6, and 135x4.

Cable Rows: 120x12, 130x10, 140x8, 150x6, and 160x4.

Lat Pulldowns: 110x12, 120x10, 130x8, and 140x6.

Took about 2 hours. First split routine after doing stronglifts for the last 3 months. Feeling good.

Nice. Yeah it was a good workout. I'm trying to mix up my routine, kind of hit a wall on Stronglifts. I'm feeling it today.

Squats 230lb 5,4,3

Was my first failure to hit 5 in 7 weeks of greyskull. Dropping down on Monday to 205 where my previous amrap was 6. I'm blaming lack of sleep the night before for not getting it, but shite was getting heavy so I'm kinda glad for a reset.
