Agreed. I do prefer red, but I really enjoy whites and roses as well. The range of wine is amazing and makes it the best beverage on the planet. Throw in sparkling as well.

Because when I have a party I only allow the caterers to serve white wine, if/when someone spills a glass it is easier to clean up.

Real wine drinkers drink white. All you "I only drink red wine" communists with your Bourgeoisie elitist superiority complexes are just trying to hide behind a facade of sophistication. In reality, your true colors show and your inferiority is revealed when you act like holier-than-thou shite lords because some where along the way someone said red wines are better and you adopted it as gospel. I guess next your going to start a thread discounting Merlot and praising Pinot Noir because you just jerked off to Sideways for the eleventy-billionth time? I drink both because I enjoy red and white. Ask any educated Sommelier and they will tell you that white wines prefer the discerning palate.

Justin Wilson used to cook with and drink either with any food.
