re: Greetings from a Syracuse fan - tlsu15
Baton Rouge isn't a food Mecca like New Orleans or Lafayette.
New Orleans is the only food Mecca in Louisiana. Lafayette has a unique culture though. Baton Rouge is neither, but it's the best of the three to enjoy college football....

re: Kenyon Green clears the air - tlsu15
“It’s not about that [wins and losses] at all; it’s about the progress. It’s not just about winning. It’s about him building up the team and building the program up more. More wins are going to come if the team wants to fight for him. I want to see how the team jells together and how he can...
i agree with the top 5, but in a different order: 1) Faulk 2) Mathieu 3) Dorsey 4) Fournette 5) Peterson
Yup. Fournette would be number 2 if he played in every game his Junior year I think though. Mathieu might be number 1 if he did....
Lael Collins
Damn - he probably deserves to be in there too. I'm too young to remember earlier than the Dinardo era though so I'll have to defer to someone else to see if those players are worth being included or not....

re: Brother Martin Alumni - Crispitos - tlsu15
I loved those things in my Catholic High days. They would come 2 to a box and I used to buy two boxes and just go to town on them. If I remember correctly, they had nacho cheese and chili on top. Can anyone from CHS confirm this?...

re: La'el Collins getting paid now - tlsu15
La'el is the only lineman I've ever seen consistently run down field with the running backs. The guy is incredibly light on his feet for his size and strength and got better every year at LSU. I'm glad to see him finally get the payday he deserves, even if it is with the Cowboys :geauxtigers:...

re: What does our basketball starting line up look like? - tlsu15
Duop, Mays, and Sampson are almost guaranteed starters right now. I'd say Combs and Edwards have a good chance at grabbing the other two spots right now - but Alexander, Kiir, Rachal and Waters might have something to say about that before the season begins. This roster is totally different from ...

re: Last season Pittsburght was 8th in red zone touchdowns - tlsu15
So glad the numbers worked out for Foster to grab the last scholarship in his class. He definitely earned it. I expect a good year out of Russell Gage as well. They are all progressing into big time contributors just like Duke Riley did. The guys who are willing to bust their arse their senior ye...

re: How is Slade Bolden not a top priority for this class? - tlsu15
He can play fullback
I've asked this before and I'll ask it again - Slade Bolden barely weighs 200 lbs. Does that sound like a fullback in any offense? Would you say Justin Watkins or Tae Provens could play fullback? Slade is a terrific athlete who can do a lot of things well on...
