Growing up my family always had Hellman's so that's what I used for a while

Tried Blue Plate, it's just as good IMO but I can't really say better

Recently tried Duke's as I've heard it's supposed to be some next level shite or something. It tastes different than Hellman's but not sure if it's necessarily better.

Your thoughts?

Must be a regional player. We have no "Dukes" in Laffy.

I've converted to Blue Plate not only because of taste, but I tend to gravitate to local products.

Blue Plate has less flavor than Hellman's. I use Hellman's even though it's part of a conglomerate.

I prefer one over the other but honestly can't remember which is which.

I think I prefer Hellman's but I'm not sure.

Sysco Heavy Duty is awesome for making sauces.

That being said, I usually try to make it. I really don't like the idea of soybean oil mayo.

I used to like Hellman's but in the last couple of years, I find it's kinda off tasting. I don't know if the mfgr switched to a different oil (it's soybean, according to the label), but I now find it gross. Tried Blue Plate--same thing. Tastes/smells rancid, to me. So I'm making homemade on the rare occasions when a dish actually requires mayo.

Whatever's on sale for potato salads and other bulk dishes.

Sir Kensingtons or homemade for sandwiches and other dishes where I really care about the flavor
