NY steak, baked potatoes with sour cream and cheddar, broiled sweet onion. I drizzle with olive oil and balsamic, salt and pepper, a little garlic and butter on each piece of rings. Broil on low rack about 20 minutes turning once. Columbia Cabernet to drink. One of the best wines in the $10 range in my opinion.

Grilling burgers and hot dogs. My dogs will be topped with chili, cheese, red onion, and ketchup snuggled between King's Hawaiian hot dog buns.
Fresh snapped beans with ground pork/ soy/ teriyaki for the side. I call them Goob's Green Beans.

Raining too dang much to tend the grill, so the ribeyes will keep til tomorrow. Instead, turkey salad from leftover roasted turkey, with baked kettle chips n fresh sliced tomatoes. We are now officially in the season of "every meal must include a tomato" at my house.

Well it rained, meaning Entergy crapped out for nearly 5 hours, so bailed on the BBQ and fired up the gas stove. Thank goodness for black iron skillets.

Filet medium rare with herbed butter
Sautéed baby Bella's
Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Stuffed/twice baked potato
Spaghetti Squash with fresh basil and grated Parmesan

Accompanied by a fresh dose of NW hops
