This may need to be revised. Looks like you got at least one, Count.
You got some good name calling, and serious butthurt in there.

I'm not a wall flower.

Otis2 JA, if you paid attention to what I posted at the beginning of the recipe it was based on a recipe by John Folse. If you have an issue with the cooking time as it was written maybe you should contact him and tell him how to cook. I'm sure he'll tell you where to go.
BTW. those crawfish didn't shrivel like you should. If you could see past your miscreant snobbish nose you'd see in the photo right below that recipe that they are about as perfect as can be. Perhaps you only exist to criticize. Whatever!
I don't see you cooking and posting much here.

It's 9:45 p.m. and I just saw the OP. Man, I could eat one of those right now but I guess I'll settle for a handful of cashews and some pinot noir. Good looking sandwich !

Nate, politely, frick you. No crawfish dish should be sautéed 30 minutes after being brought to a rolling boil. And should you even think that's a good technique, again I say, bullshite. Improve people's knowledge and technique, accept critique and improve yours , or carry your arse.

Oh, and that's all "politely" for you!!!

Back at you, thin skinned shite arse. And screw you for trying to sell premix on the Board. You're a turd with a camera, nothing more.

Count, you were successful. I agree with both sides.

Shake off the haters Nate. Don't let them discourage you like Meridian. Damn shame they chased him off with their asshattery.
One thing to offer criticism. Another thing to continue to bludgeon a thread with a fracking 2X4.
Also one can offer criticism with a polite tone or total douche. We know which tone generally gets used.
We all come from different age groups, backgrounds and income levels. Some people can't afford top shelf, some people actually like blue collar food, and some people don't always have the energy to put forth the R2R level of cooking for every post.
I haven't seen a pic post I didn't like. I might not necessarily like the food in the pics but I like the effort it took to post the thread.
This includes the pickle pie and the special edition Honey Boo Boo's Sketti.
Come Back Meridian!
Stay Strong Cajunate!
Oh and this is coming from me... a guy who hates everything a little bit.
