Dear Foodhouse Forum,
I never thought this would happen to me...
This morning I had hunger pangs that I knew would haunt me all morning if I didn't satiate them early enough. I decided to make myself a cheese omelet sandwich using some bread I sliced from a rustic loaf of Rosemary & Sea Salt bread I picked up the other day.
(Followed by beautiful food porn.)
I never thought this would happen to me...

Well I know myself and my dog El Josey are both under 40 and weren't hating. I like MD's posts just as much as I like Cajnuates posts, but as I've stated before, if you come here with picture threads of something easy and unoriginal, you should expect some criticism.

I've never seen more people get butt hurt over Internet comment. You would think most of y'all don't have life outside of this....(I know this is life for a lot of people especially the elders so don't take offense)
ETA: I've never really hated on him. Just didn't have his back and say his pulled pork "looked better than most competition bbq"

Exactly. I just sat back and watched the thread develop. When he said it was better than pretty much any BBQ out there, I kind of laughed.

its one thing to point out that tomatoes are not an original ingredient in Gumbo, ( guilty , i get it, its all good) if you cannot say something constructive then move on, but to bring that OT uppity bullshite to the Food Board should be a bannable offense.

Look, this isn't the only thing in my life and I do usually ignore the ignorant people and their comments but I do get tired of their stupid comments every so often. If you don't like something just don't read it or acknowledge it but don't be critical just to be an arse.

That thread for MD took on a life of its own.
It is not the norm. I don't think we need the etiquette police for a board of adults. Everyone should be able to handle a little joking once and a while.
