I know. It's definitely hard not to call them out. I agree with everything you wrote. They're just arseholes who like to see themselves in print. Little man syndrome but it applies to the women also.
A good egg sandwich is a treat in my book. I make them with omelets, too, or a fried egg. And, there are lots of folks here who are learning to cook or looking for quick meals and cheap meals who appreciate some of the simpler food threads. There are lots of different people here and this board shouldn't be limited to only that which a small group wants to read. It's easy not to click on threads and move on along if you're an adult.
Just don't stop posting because of a few bad apples.
And, don't forget to put your shrimp etouffee recipe up. The recipe thread would be a good place.

What was it you wanted? My seasoning recipes? Lol.... No PM'ing here but go to LINK / sign up and send me your address. I'll send you some samples to try. I just made four different seasoning rubs last night.
Sorry I really can't accomodate everyone with samples. Quality ingredients cost $$$$.
