I've been teetering between 225-230 for 6 months. Baby steps . My BF has definitely dropped, as I'm doing a slow recomp.

If you don't have a six pack you can always lose more weight unless you are happy where you are at of course.

not there yet (6-pack), but I have a lot of lean body mass at 225. 220 was my goal I set in June 2014, so I need to hit that number before I revise my number. Not sure I'd want to go lower than 210. (Yeah, I'm only 5'9" and realize BMI says I should be 160)

Why wouldn't you want to go below 210? That is a lot of weight for your height. Are you worried you will look small?

Drank some beer and bourbon last night so this will probably go back up.

I still dabble in competitive rugby, so there's that.

Would dropping to low in weight affect your performance? I know nothing about rugby other than the dudes always have big arse legs.

July 1st 233
August 1st 226

I could be lower but I am shooting to average 5lbs lost a month.
I'll be the turtle this time instead of hare.

Didn't get a chance to workout this past week because of a work trip but I started using myfitnesspal again so I didn't over eat.

I was, then I got hurt and sick and basically quit going. Also got a job closer to home switched to a local gym that is not 24 hours. Morning hours suck as it is so crowded that you can't get to equipment or you wait. So a combination of things and I eventually tailed off on the amount of time I spent at the gym. Also, drinking more hurt as well so walking in the neighborhood quit working.

So for the past couple months I've been reading through every page of this thread. Today I got to one year ago when I posted in here once and never posted again. I'm determined that this time won't be the same and have actually been posting atleast once a week.

Crazy to see how the thread helps people lose weight and then in some cases rotates in the next cast of weight losers. Would have been great to lose weight during the myth,CAD, Hulk era.

Also sorry for asking about your height Bench when I started posting again. I've noticed you've been asked that question about 20 times

ETA: I've now found myself three times saying I'm starting for real this time.
