Still 200.2

Kind of expected it to go up this morning seeing as I was at my calorie limit after dinner and then proceeded to down an ice cream bar (low carb version) and finished off a bag of pork rinds (southern heat flavor are amazing)

Went back to the gym for the first time in a long while (a year and a half, maybe) so trying to get back in to that groove. I had been doing p90x3 at home earlier this year. I don't have room at my new place to do it, so I'll be getting back in to Stronglifts 5x5 for a while to get myself going again.

Been Keto for nearly 3 months now and looking forward to seeing how well the workouts are going to go.

You've got this

Any suggestions on meal replacement shakes/smoothies for breakfast? Preferably something easy to make or just open.

my current shake...although I don't know if I consider it a meal replacement because it's only about 300 calories:

8oz unsweetened almond/coconut milk or just coconut
1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Protein Mix
1 tablespoon flax oil
3 teaspoons of fiber powder (this is to help supplement since I'm on keto)

toss it in a shaker cup and go.

I used to do all that + 1 cup frozen berries and half a banana when I actually made smoothies in the blender, but can't do that anymore due to the sugar.

Mind you, as soon as I get to work I consume a large cup of coffee + quarter cup of heavy whipping cream (200 calories) so that gets me up to about 500 calories for "breakfast". I'm sure other people have some much better ideas for those things

My legs are hating me right now because of those squats I did on Monday. Yay water retention for sore muscles.

Adding cream/half & half to my diet has helped immensely with energy levels.

It is something new I have done my last two workouts.

Squats/ 20/15/10/5

Stiff legged deads/20/15/10/5

Leg press/ feet placed high and close on platform
50/40/30/20/10

Feet placed low and wide/10/20/30/40/50

Seated calf: rest pause till you get 50 reps
same with standing calves

It is absolutely brutal.

What are these numbers everyone is posting? If you are trying to loose weight why would you add high calorie like cream or h&h to your diet for energy? I would think there are other choices with less calories
