Nuke that protein pudding for a couple of minutes and you have a protein snack cake

Cheat days have always been about mental stability and mental health more than anything physical imo. It's a day to cave into those dark desires and indulge yourself. If I'm on a cheat day and don't get to eat what I've been craving, I know it's only going to get worse... I'll gorge on whatever I've been wanting instead of eating a reasonable amount if I wait. But cheat days - nay, weight loss in general - is so highly subjective. Just do what works for you.

I held strong and thankfully the Devouring Horde finished them off pretty quick this morning.

Those damn fritters and cake donuts are the ones that get me.

I don't cheat very often. I had not had a true day since Starting in January until recently. Currently doing one evey two weeks. My bodyfat is getting pretty low so I will probably start having a cheat day or at least cheat meal weekly.

Woke up at 3AM and couldn't sleep. Instead of just laying in bed I should've gotten up for a workout or something. Casty myself for missing an opportunity

I've been done with chemo. I finished radiation this past Monday.

I'm still having lots of pain in my throat and am having trouble keeping weight on.

I never thought I'd say that.

A blessing and a curse

Silver lining: you're under your goal weight

Rough run this morning. Followed by legs cramping when I got home. I did something wrong during the week, just not 100% sure what.

I mix a half scoop or less of protein powder with a little peanut butter when I feel like I must have "dessert"

Down 4 pounds since I started seriously going back to gym so that is a good thing. Especially since I drank 4 days out of the week

I was wondering how often everyone weighs. You always hear that you should only weigh once a week at the same time. Your weight fluctuates so much I think that this could be misleading. I weigh nearly everyday and just look for an average downward trend.
