Yesterday was a leg day and hit a little upper body..
3x8 BB Lunges
2x30 air squats
2x5 power cleans
3x8 Hamstring machine
3x8 calf raises
3x5 leg press machine
2x10 DB bench press
2x10 DB chest flys
2x10 DB shoulder press
2x10 DB rows
Needless to say, I left that gym dragging some serious arse
I got home and had a post-workout dinner of brown rice, cucumber, and salmon sushi, a protein shake, and several glasses of water.
