You are also eating really low calories. I know that probably sounds odd but eventually your body will adapt to your calorie intake and your weight loss will stall and you won't be able to further cut calories.

I know which is why I am going to have to figure out something to add protein.

The thing I have done more than any is drop the coke for water and also taking dog out longer.

I will probably end up using Peanut Butter with one of my bananas after the 10 day to sustain.

You should seriously look to add plenty more baked/grilled chicken breast, turkey, or fish to your diet. You need the protein dude. You may lose weighy but you wont look good. You will lose alot of muscle.

I thought about adding cottage cheese I think that is around 25 g protein in a cup. Not sure if I am right though.

I do not like Yogurt but that is another possibility for my snacks.

I bake large amounts of plain chicken and salmon (just with olive oil and pepper) at a time and then refridgerate to add to salads throughout the week. Usually cook about 36-40 oz at a time and put 8-12 oz on or with the salad depending on my protein needs for that particular day. I aim for 1g of protein per lb of body weight per day (currently 173) as I lift 5 days a week.

Yogurt is an excellent addition to just about any diet - I eat it everyday for breakfast. Highly recommend Oikos Triple Zero if you don't like that yogurt taste, as it is doesn't have that weird aftertaste that you're probably thinking of.

Hats off to you guys and gals that can eat leftovers.

If I don't make it and eat it that night/day, I end up wasting it. And I hate throwing away anything.

I'm struggling now to finish some chili and chicken breast I made yesterday.

That is good I believe

Now this week I'll add tuna yogurt cottage cheese for protein in diet. I wanted to get initial loss going then start adding.

I don't lift my excercide is walking dog on my The 40 acres

I wished I could find an app that's accurate in distance as I don't think my under armor app is

205

That's where I'm at. Heaviest I've been all year. Gonna hit the pool Saturday am for the first time, finally.

Then I've got two sacks lined up for Saturday afternoon.

I'll have 9 lite beers with it. Maybe more.

205 was the heaviest I've ever been

Now remember I'm an old man so any weight loss right now is good

Added a package of tuna to my salad tonight and I feel stuffed I hope the protein will do some good

you def need to keep the protein in your diet. It will not make you gain weight... are you lifting weights? or just walking?

I do sit ups and push ups, up to 200 sit ups a day and 100 push ups...
Usually do 25 at a time and at least two sets back to back. I've noticed more of a change that way than just my cardio + eating

I've been "greasing the groove" as well with a simple kettle bell. Every time I go to the kitchen I do 5-10 reps of something. Mostly because I am easing back into some sort of workout routine, not sure which yet.

Just started using ketone strips.

As long as there are ketones present in my urine I'm definitely in some state of ketosis? Mine was in between small and moderate. (below is an example of the type I'm using)
