Hope he's preparing a massive Rewind for the fork crew.
Also, I hope he's got my autographed wrist wraps from Magnus and left the dozen long stem roses I gave him cash for to put on Jón Páll Sigmarsson grave.

I mentioned the otherday, i am in fairly good shape and been working out 4-5 days a week the past 3 years. I carb cycled last year for 6 months and had good results. But i wanted to try something new this year so im trying IF. I know im not deep into it yet (day 4) i fast from 8:00pm-1pm the next day. But i have to say, i feel GREAT so far. Not starving in the morning, lots more energy than i would have ever figured i would have, and sleeping much better. While doing this i am eating 1500 cals, and on my heavy workout days 90-100grams carbs, and off says only 40-50grams of carbs. Im keeping my sugar around 15-30 grams. The main thing i notice is i have plenty of energy for my workout i do everyday at noon. Again im only 4 days in, but i am very optimistic!

I feel off the wagon yesterday on my sugars. I added too much Catalina dressing. I had 77 of the 60 I am supposed to by the MFP app recommendations. Last week it says I averaged 31 g a day of a recommended 56g.
My carb intake average was 108 of 187.
Proteins was lower than thought 14 of 75. Yesterday it said I got 17 of the 75.
I have a feeling today is going to be hard on me, as I am going to have to go to a meeting and they always had out cookies, cheesecake etc at these things.

i mentioned earlier. Get waldean farms dressing. Zero sugar, carbs, or calories. and taste great.

Dude how much do you weigh? Im 157lbs and i eat 200-220grams of protein every day and cut weight and gain muscle. You need a shite ton more dude.
Up the protein, cut the carbs and sugar.

Right now I weigh 198. I told you I was doing Salad thing only. I just last week started doing it. I am going to add a pack of tuna to my nightly salad and I knew I went extra on the dressing last night. I did not get a chance to go to the store last night actually.
I feel fine though, just a headache today.
Sunday I have decided I am going to eat a Southwestern omelet with gravy. I think 10 days of only salads I have earned that.
I am going to store tonight and getting some egg whites in a bottle to scramble up nightly to bring to school, since I have very little time before school to cook. I think I can cook it in the microwave.
I feel fine though, just a headache today.

i understand that... and thats fine. Like i said u may lose lbs on the scale. But will lose muscle mass and not just fat.
Im just trying to help. If you wana eat salad all year feel free, but in the end expect to lose a shite ton of muscle mass and be skinny fat (which is as bad as fat)
Your diet is high in sugar, and SUPER low in protein. it needs to be the complete opposite if you want to lose fat and look good.

I know which is why I am in this thread trying to get some help.
I want to actually after 10 days start trying to lose 2 lbs a week not the massive loss (like this week). Goal is to get to 165 by end of June hopefully. That is 15 weeks away.
