I don't post when I'm ashamed of myself
I had about 4 days of carbs and I've been drinking beer recently which is completely out of the norm for me. Saturday night I went out and probably had 8-10 beers etc. Scale on Monday was ~213 and today it was ~214 but I've been back to no carbs all week. I also started exercising again this week so now my body is all sore and when that happens the weight goes up before coming back down.
At this point, I'm probably just going to stick to my eating plan (hopefully) and continue with the p90x3 program and weigh in once a week or so.

I've got a difficult weekend to navigate diet-wise.
Going to Ruffino's tomorrow night, that's been a planned cheat for months (thinking we'll move this and be good Friday). Then a crawfish boil Saturday, and a relative is in town so undoubtedly people will want to go eat out Sunday.

No real updates over here. Sick AF with a cold, but not wanting to get a steroid shot because I don't want to gain weight & I seem to remember that being a thing?
Holding steady otherwise. Not losing, but not gaining. I'll take it for now.

You'll pack a couple of pounds on for a couple of days, that's it. Not a long-term gain.

Had my days mixed up. Ruffino's was supposed to be next week but we are pushing that back into March. Tonight is Ruth's Chris, 3 different people's bday celebrations into one dinner. Easy to stay keto there.. just have to avoid the cheesecake. I've been fasting through lunch everyday so that really gives me some calories to play with, especially if I keep lunch light. Cream cheese stuffed chicken breast with asparagus and green beans on deck to keep lunch filling but low cal so I can accommodate a large dinner. I should have a calorie cushion of 1400-1500.
Tomorrow is still a crawfish boil. I'm really excited about that.

So 4 days down on the fat fast and I have went from 197.6 down to 186.9 and waste at naval was exactly 33" today so despite quite a bit of that being water weight, I have burned a lot of fat too.

Just ate two wraps on low carb tortillas. Ham, bacon, lettuce, habanero cheese, and avocado. Delicious!

255/232/185. Jumping back in the mix. Looking to give up Beer and Wine for Lent. Also going to set a 5 day a week goal for intense exercise.

All stimulants and will be fasting 24 hours on non lift days. Also trying to cut back on cursing. Might stop trolling and being an arse on here too, that's gonna be the hardest thing to give up.
