Looks delicious. Smart uses of ingredients. However scallion makes kimchi IMO

Man, this is REALLY tough for me because everyone seriously did a great job.
I have to say:
1. Entry 2 - burger
So much effort was put into this one, and it was a project that took up a lot of time. It looks absolutely outstanding, and I really wish I could have one. I am a sucker for a new twist on a burger. Plus, burgers are my favorite food.
2. Entry 8 - sushi
Absolutely beautiful, and looks delicious. I normally wouldn't pick sushi for something like this, but you are obviously very good at it, and it looks delicious. Lots of details that make it look good. Plus, I am a sucker for a good marinated cucumber.
3. Entry 6 - stuffed grape leaves
If any of you people know how deeply I despise Mediterranean food, you'd be surprised I'm voting for this one. I think grape leaves are gross too. BUT.. I think it's incredibly creative, and just because I personally don't like that style of food, I know that many people do and I have full confidence that someone who does would adore this dish.
Not asked for, but best presentation to me is Entry 5, the stuffed cucumbers. It was very hard not to include this one in my final vote.
I'd eat everyone's though. The fried platter is right up my unhealthy alley.. and the steak with that glaze... everyone did an awesome job.

1. #8 Box Ribeye Sushi. - Excellent creativity, execution, and presentation.
2. #6 Ribeye Stuffed Grape Leaves - Not normally a huge fan of this type of dish, but thought this was done very well.
3. #7 Steak Frites - not sure what that hunk of steak would taste like, but it looks good enough for 3rd. I'd like some of those cukes, too. This would have been 2nd place if it had been done medium-rare.
Great job everybody! Makes me want to give it a try.
