My review of the new pho place on magazine from the other thread: went tonight. I'd give it 3.5/5 overall but unfortunately for them we still pick magasin and Lilly's over pho cam ly. They did a great job with decorations. Place feels very cozy. Tables are spread out nicely. Fiancée disagreed s...
