Yeah i saw that too. Clown Shoes has is one of my favorite breweries that made it to Louisiana. I've liked every beer i've had from them.

Tetu, how are you going to do the next bracket? I would suggest pairing them with number of votes. For example, Green Flash (38/39) would be a #1 seed, and Pretty Things (11/27) would be an 8 seed. But it's your show, do with it what you will.

I can tell you my reasoning here. I still have not gotten into Clown Shoes at all. I've tried one beer by them, Hoppy Feet 1.5, and didn't think much of it at all. On the other hand, Shiner is the one beer I can count on being available no matter where I go and while I wouldn't go out of my way for one, I wouldn't turn one down either. And going strictly off what I've tasted, I'd drink Shiner Black Lager and Holiday Cheer over that Hoppy Feet

Chances are you got an old Hoppy Feet 1.5. Everything else they make is good, and often times great. The only one I'd call average is Miracle IPA, yet I'd still drink that over any Shiner beer. The only time I'll drink a Shiner is when my only other options are BMC. Shiner makes boring, tasteless beer.

I've always considered Shiner the Abita of Texas.

Exactly. Except there are a handful of Abita beers that I'd drink before Shiner.

Without a doubt... I even gave shiner cheer a try and thought it tasted disgusting.

Rogue v St. Arnolds was tough. I think Rogue has a more solid lineup from top to bottom but Endeavor and Pumpkinator are better then anything Rogue makes IMO. Tough one. But neither would make it past the next round IMO.

I agree, but when thinking about it, I've had some Pumpkinator, Divine Reserve, and Bishop's Barrel all in my fridge more recently than anything from Rogue, so Saint Arnold has to get the nod.

That's the way I looked at it. I asked myself, if neither was available, which brewery would I miss more. And the answer was clearly Saint Arnold.
