I'm with 3 other guys
I would still shoot for the barside at Country Club, otherwise I would think about a reservation. The other three you will be good to go. Now, if your just looking to slum it a little, just go to Darrel's eat the sandwich and drink. Still can hit the casino...

re: Need Lake Charles Advice - Linkovich
If solo, I would consider the following: Golden Nuggets Country Club and sit at the bar. Can order there. Bar side is laid back and food is pretty good. Can walk to Casino afterwards just to hang out. Pricey Calla - Great drinks/Great Food/Great atmosphere. Pricey Lunas - Always has pe...

Will, on the picture below, how does the wood hold up? How much maintenance does it take to keep mold/mildew off? Seem like it would be a pain to keep clean with all the appliances under it? ...

re: Disney Offsite Hotel Tips - Linkovich
We really enjoyed all of the coasters. One HUGE tip though. Pack as light as humanly possible while you are in the parks. Almost every coaster will not allow you to bring ANYTHING with you on the ride. This includes cell phones and even lose change. You will have to lock it all up in a locker...

re: Disney Offsite Hotel Tips - Linkovich
We stayed at Cabana Bay for our first two nights in Orlando and it was a lot of fun. The hotel is cool with a 50's retro theme. The pool area was very nice and has white sandy "beaches" and a lazy river to tube on. If you want the Express Pass, you will need to book one of the deluxe or prefe...
LSUfan4444
You ever do Universal trips? Any recs on hotels? Our next trip will probably be Mardi Grasish so I think the built in Express passes at the hotels is the way to go. Thoughts?...

re: Disney Offsite Hotel Tips - Linkovich
A little tidbit when you start planning fastpasses... I had worked out a pretty good schedule and was online to do my fast passes. If you are staying on site, you get to do it 60 days out so, Tip 1. It opens 60 days out at 12 midnight on the east coast so that is 11 here. Make sure you know th...

re: In all honesty LSU fans, what has y'all excited this year? - Linkovich
Easy to say because we've lost 5 in a row (2 in heart breaking fashion).
No kidding? But that doesn't excuse the downward spiral after the game each year.
Bama ain't winning in TS this year.
I hope your right, but our Oline has some huge questions marks and th...
Except for Magic Kingdom, this is bad advice. At the other parks the availability is not very good for the headlining attractions you when the park is not busy, you are burning through your FP+, then when the crowds have built later in the day you're left to choose from things like Muppets 3D...

re: In all honesty LSU fans, what has y'all excited this year? - Linkovich
Maybe, I've just always hated the post Alabama performances. My three biggest concerns though are QB (obviously), pass protection (LT is a big question, and having 3 different DC's in 3 years. I'm not worried about scheme or talent but mental break downs during the first year of implementation in ...
LSU go 11-1 with a loss to Bama
If LSU loses to Bama, the traditional slide will start. Too much emphasis is put on this game by the LSU side, IMO....

re: Who fields a better defense: Aranda or Pruitt - Linkovich
As an LSU fan this is dumb. I love Aranda and think he is going to be special and he has some talent to work with but it's the first year implementing his D. There are going to be break downs. Pruitt is coming in and going to run Saban's schemes with little to no alterations to verbiage or scheme...
So little finger and his giant army just hung out unnoticed by scouts or small folks for (God knows how long because they gave up on chronology two seasons ago) some time?
