That is some crazy, backasswards shite by the Bulls FO.
And if you are a possible candidate and see what they are doing to Thibs, why on earth would you expect anything different?...
I'll keep watching of course as I am a GOT addict but outside of a few bright spots this season has been by far the weakest. There are holes all over plotlessness and it is generally just sloppy compared to seasons past.
I need more neutered warrior and Missandei. Book love be dam...
It is ridiculous the books made him out to sweet and gentle, not a coward.
Some of the characters must be limited by the media to which they use. Tommens character started young but TV makes it hard to keep him the boyish character. It's offset by making him naive to the point of...

re: Game of Thrones S5E6 "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken" (Book readers Only) No Hodors! - Linkovich
Out if all the characters they've changed around, Sansa gets it the worst and Stannis seems to really benefit. I really didn't like Stannis in the books but they are giving him some redeeming qualities I never felt from the books....

re: Game of Thrones S5E6 "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken" (Book readers Only) No Hodors! - Linkovich
As much as I was looking forward to the sand snakes arc, the show is doing a real good job of placing house Martel on the same shite list as Asha and the Theons....

re: Game of Thrones S5E6 "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken" (Book readers Only) No Hodors! - Linkovich
I feel yucky and really was hoping for a wolf to catch Ramsey from the backside. I always rewatch but don't think I can on the last 5 minutes of this one. I really liked the house of many faces and the cock pirates. The rest was pretty filler....

re: Game of Thrones - S5:E5 - "Kill the Boy" - BOOK READERS - Linkovich
. I also think Ramsay will survive the season since I think some showdown with Jon is inevitable.
They could save Jon's revenge factor for the Freys also. Let Theon redeem himself with Bolton's death. Make way for Sansa to rule and Jon heads back to the North with Rickon at some ...
Is that really interesting though? It just makes Tywin's actions understandable and not monstrous, as the text highly implies. It's interesting to me that a man could be so cruel to really the son who is most similar to him and a true Lannister at heart. Tywin hates Tyrion not because he kill...

re: GoT S5E2: "The House of Black & White" BOOK READERS - Linkovich
Imp and spider was awesome. I love the guy who plays Bronn. I like how they are working grayscale in without the use of griff. I wonder how it will work into Tyrion though? Oh yeah, slynt is a beyotch....
Brienne/Pod was starting to look good last season, but if she just bitches at him the whole time, it's going to get old fas
I think the preview scene of Pod being attacked on the road is Brienne saving his ass. I think things will turn from there to a more chivalrous tone....

I figured it was the Vale and they are heading west to the Kings Road. And just for thought, some of y'alls favorite scenes from last night? 1. Jon and Mance. Easily my favorite. 2. Tyrion and Varys. The "Have you ever pushed your own shite out a hole in a box" line was fantastic but the r...

re: Crackpot ASOIAF Theories SPOILERS - Linkovich
That would be really interesting but I don't see any way to link that together. The most likely is still got to be Benjin Stark = Cold Hands. Ned still being alive would be a really interesting twist but I don't see Ned being clever enough to think of it and too prideful to allow someone...
I thought it was pretty obvious that Ramsay's GF will assume the role of fake Arya. Maybe Sansa is there to recognize her as a fake and possibly kill her, since this fake Arya would have no reason to flee to the Wall.
Didn't go through all of them so it's probably listed, but I like the one about Ned being alive. It would make very little sense and I'm 100% sure it's not true, but the theory is that after escaping the kingsguard (which Meryn Trant lies about) Syrio and Varys help Ned escape the black cells...
