That may be the coolest tap handle I've ever seen.

I think those were also the words of Jeremy the Beer Buddha.

I have a Jolly Pumpkin Calabaza Blanca in the fridge for dinner, anyone tried it?

JP is one of the most unique breweries. They make awesome wild ales and sours. That beer is a beligian white, you will taste orange peel, coriander and a lot of "funk". Very dry finish. I haven't had in a few years, but it is a great beer. Well I think it is.

Make sure when you are close to the bottom, youw swirl the beer to get all the yeast that has setteled at the bottom.

Bump,

Speaking of Texas breweries.

New Texas brewery announced by Beernews.org

Senior brewmaster from Boston Beer Co. starting Revolver Brewing Co.

quote:

Hood County beer? It’s coming. “People’s interest in craft beer is exploding in Texas,” according to master brewer Grant Wood of Revolver Brewing. Rhett Keisler has established Revolver Brewing LLC — a production brewery — right here in Hood County. Revolver Brewing officials hope to have the facility up and running by July. Revolver won’t be licensed to sell beer to the public — the “full-flavored craft-style beer” will be distributed to retailers. Revolver Brewing LLC is located at 5600 Matlock Road.

Thanks for not leaving me hanging. lol

I'm just glad we could have a beer discussion without the topic being anchored.
