Also, if she is A member of LAE or APEL, they do have reps to help deal with crap like this. It's the only reason to be part of a teachers union.

Because she lied to gain your sympathy and you bought it hook line and sinker.

What else is this whore lying about?

That's wrong... That 100% is a qualifying event. Her biggest problem is she has a current policy. If she is currently on a policy she can't get another one until open enrollment. And reading through this just a tad... If she works in the school system how the frick does she not have or will be able to keep her insurance?

Adoption. Not kidding.

Tell her to remove her ego, conceit, worry about what people will think.

Ask her a hypothetical. If YOU were born as a brand new baby today and had never met either option... Would you rather:

A. A mom and dad who love each other, who CHOSE you, one on one attention, living in a decent house, money for food, vacations, and a college fund, and security that all that entails.

Or

B. An unmarried, newly divorced mom, who has given up and likely depressed, low income, living on $125-200/wk. I live pretty simply, but would have a tough time making it on that while supporting 2 kids. No extra money for extracurricular stuff, vacations, college fund.

Most of us would rather A.

Her getting dropped was a QLE. She does not have to wait until open enrollment at her work, unless it's been too long now.

No, but getting pregnant sure as hell should be a qualifying event.

Oh God, this frick up is responsible for teaching the future of America? No wonder this country is so fricked up. Next thing you'll tell me one of the students is the baby's daddy.

A terrible decision maker. Get her out of your life fast. Unless you're the poor dumb bastard who got her pregnant.... In that case, sucks to be you.

Irresponsible no doubt.

You can't afford another kid? Take fricking birth control or put a fricking condom on. Or close your legs.

This type of behavior breeds trashy people.

If she has a full time job they have to offer health insurance. I don't think you know what your talking about, but it sounds like my tax dollar will pay for another kid...

Having a baby is one of those life changing events that you can get open enrollment for insurance.

For the baby and assuming you have coverage to put the baby on your plan.

It sounds like the girl does not have any coverage. Plus you don't start paying for the baby's insurance until they are born.

She's just trying to use this guy, he'll get fricked in the long run while she's banging other doods and he's paying for/fathering their children.

How is that possible? I thought Obamacare fixed insurance problems for everyone, including pre-existing conditions?

How about you add this little tidbit to the OP. There's the fricking problem, she had 60 days to get on her own insurance and was lazy and didn't. You call someone this dumb a friend?
