re: I'll admit it - I dig poke bowls

Southfin is local and the dude who runs it, knows what he is doing.
I’ve tried the finbomb place a few times for lunch. It’s a little different, but I’ve had no issues at all with them....
How do you pass up Lafayette then stop in Scott if you're headed to Florida?
I was wondering the same thing….
If that’s the case you can stop in Breaux Bridge and go north about 1/4-1/2 a mile. I think it’s Heberts on the left. Hot boudin and get you a Tasso sammich! It’s mo...

Like most have said…. If you’re staying at the Beau, try to get on Fallen Oak.
If not then The Preserve and Shell are on the same Gautier exit, but 1 is north and 1 is south of the interstate.
Grand Bear is north of Gulfport on 49 and Windance is closer to The Pass.
Fallen Oak
Preserve, ...

Why wouldn’t he test the actual non-stick pan from made in? That makes no sense…. Let me test a carbon steel pan with no coating other than oil vs actual non stick pans. Ha

Another vote for Rocky Bayou…. The club house and service isn’t near the others, but it’s a nice course with holes you can’t find on the coast.

Good to hear riverman.
The only other option I can see in this range is the Solidsteel S2 series. However, the 3 shelf rack is about $180 more than the 4 rack that pheroy linked, plus another $75 for the disc for the spikes. Which I’d need due to the wood floor. I think the pangea comes with th...

I need to get a rack for my turntable, amp and streamer. Any recs on a brand to get?
It’s not a big place, so I don’t want a piece of furniture so to speak. It’ll be under the TV hanging on th...

How has no one said anything about the people who own Boil and Roux? That should tell you everything you need to know about this.
“One” of the Boil and Roux owners is crooked as hell. Hasn’t he been in jail for shady shite like money laundering and fraud? That place is fricking terrible btw.

Order you an Hebert’s Cajun stove from Heberts Machine Services in Rayne. Order you a 5 gal pot. That’ll cook you enough to feed 30 people a jam easily. 40-50 if you have sides.
For the record…. I am not an Hebert.
However, I have owned one of the stoves since its inception. The ...

Kelly, Regatta Bay, Raven…. All of those are pretty close. $180-$200 to play them last week.
There’s Baytowne and a few others around that are cheaper. We played Rocky Bayou CC up in the Niceville area about 20 min north as well. At the recommendation of several folks on the property we were at...
