This was an after homecoming private party with music and her friends. Not Tabernacle.
Going out on a limb here, but a white girl with a 4.2 GPA probably doesn't make it out of the first round of a twerking competition.

I would make sure this was a “teachable” moment for the principal. He would truly learn the limits of his power.
At the end of the day, he is a member of the government. The government has ZERO concern with what happens outside that school. I would sue him Personally for this one. I’m pretty sure a clever attorney could finagle a US:1983 violation out of this.
She can very easily prove damages.

Livingston Parish has a good thing going with it's schools. This principal appears to have jeopardized it by exposing the school and the LPSB to a lawsuit that the ACLU could really run with.
I'm sure someone is scouring social media now for dirt on the principal, asst principal, faculty, and their families...other students too.

The girl is an achiever. We need millions more like her. And the kids she will propagate.

Coincidentally, I was thinking about LP schools the other day. I remember hearing about them forcing kids to shave facial hair and such in the not too distant past--way beyond when it seemed acceptable to still do so. Schools in Bible Belt Mississippi don't even seem as conservative.
