It's Boudreaux mais cher, by way of Baton Rouge and Church Point, LA. Don't ever question my Cajun heritage.
Also, we should offer incentives to score as many points as possible with extra incentive in SEC games and BAMA game.
Amidst all the optimism and recruiting news, it should be mentioned that we still have major deficiencies that need to be addressed. In my mind LES is on "double secret probation" and needs to have a level of accountability for the future. Here's a quick way to rectify our issues.

Les goes on a 3 strike program that's engrained in his contract. The list of things that constitute a strike and cannot be forgiven include:

1. A QB throws for less than 100 yards in any given game. This will make sure he considers the passing game every Saturday

2. Losing to Arkansas by double digits. This should almost be grounds for termination, but I'll give him a small pass. Arkansas has maybe 3 guys we would even look at recruiting. Unacceptable to lose to them.

3. Throwing less than 25 passes versus Alabama

4. Throwing less than 20 passes in a conference game

5. Losing to Mississippi State or Ole Miss by double digits

6. Sitting on a 7 point lead or less going in the 4th quarter and not throwing more than 40% of total 4th quarter plays

7. Losing to BAMA in final minute when leading

Realistically, we should never pass for less than 150 yards in any given game. The not being ready to play Arkansas is ridiculous. We've been favored in every game since he's been coach.

1997 team (10-2) and 1998 team (4-7) put 40 guys in the NFL!!!! We've never had issues with talent and its amazing how we have so many excuses regarding production on the field. I remember how crazy we were when Dinardo won 7 games in 1996 and went to the Shreveport bowl. He did that with over 40 guys who would play in the league. Talk about underachieving. It's the same story with Les right now. We'll have an astronomical amount of guys in the pros and look back and say how did we go 8-5.
with all the hype and craziness of this rivalry, something weird will happen Saturday.
Best solution 6 carries for 480 yards
The guys is good, but rushing for 100 yard games doesn't compare to what Leonard is doing right now. Fournette would have had 360 yards last week without the penalties. We're talking 2 and half times the production.

Not even close. Went to an opener years ago with temps around 106 degrees
Being part Sav-wa, I understand your dilemma. In Church Point, LA we say Sav-Wa. We also spell it SAVOY which is my Grandmother's married name.

Jennings at QB 8-5, 9-4
Harris at QB 10-3, 11-2

Complete distraction when we're hitting. Our batting average drops 50 points when he cranks up the racket.
This one bothers me so much I needed to post. At some point LES and the team needs to play against Arkansas and stop taking the game off. We've played these guys 22 times since joining the conference and I bet we were favored at least 19-20 times. If this game was played early in the conference schedule we'd have won almost every game. Every year Nutt was playing for his job,i.e. bowl game and we come out and stink. For us to get back where we belong there can be no more losses to Arkansas, Ole Miss or Miss State. Les is now losing to all three.
Every loss to Arkansas was Miles' worst. We basically do not practice for that game. Perhaps we'll take the A & M game more serious around Thanksgiving. If we played Arkansas early in the year we'd be 22-0 against them since 1992.
Maybe should go ahead and interview the Saints DB's coach while you're at it. This whole DC saga is getting ridiculous. :banghead:
Les knows Braxton will make a fine backup for Jennings.
of everyone. LM played the wrong QB all season and we lost games we shouldn't have lost. The root of all these problems, conversations, arguments, defections, transfers, coaching changes, etc. is simply because Jennings was our QB. Any average or above average QB and we're in the playoff with everyone happy. We can avoid a complete meltdown by having Harris or someone else start next year. However, we all know Les and he will start Jennings and likely go down with the entire ship based on this ridiculous decision. All of these other discussions and arguments are irrelevant. AJ and LM have the ability to sink the entire program next year!!
it reminded me of how much talent we actually had last year. Blue, Beckham Jr., Landry, Hill all starting in the NFL. You would think with that talent level we had a great year. Most NCAA teams would die to have one or two guys that good in their starting lineup.

Bottom Line: We underachieved!!!!!!!!

You forgot every Arkansas game since he's been coach. I thought that might change this year since the game was not after Thanksgiving, but no luck. We play down to those guys every single year.
