‘71 is the most popular due to having 2 SS models that year (329 and 454). I don’t think they made an SS in 68, GM added the 396 in 69.

I'm starting to meet more and more people who've actually hear of him... feels good, man.
Meet the dude at HoB right after Addicted released. We chit chatted and praised each other (he acts really humble and glad to perform, and I was mutually thankful for the countless hours of entertainment he's provided me) before he started unloading the gear off his bus with the rest of the band. Tried to get a photo before we split, and totally forgot I had my settings for indoor shooting :lol:

As far as the Astro comparisons, I was checking them hard, but due to some trade ins I had and the fact that I wasn't aware about the firmware fixing the mic issues, the Trittons made for a better value (to me).
I don't knock em, though. I've never used OEMs for gaming, and would love to try a pair out to see if they're really better and how comfortable they are.
