LSU lit the Dawg defense up in the SECC too. Some 500 passing yards.
Hell, even the UGA coaches (Monkin) told he wasn't a starter.
I've read that Kirby has lost 3-5 four and five star players because he was outbid. In fact, that was reported by more than one media outlet.
I don't like the current state of college football, but my phone hasn't been ringing off the hook for my advice. The transfer portal and NIL has hurt UGA a bit (especially in depth) and Kirby (UGA) has a choice to make. Stand pat and continue to struggle in several games each season...make the playoff most seasons (not a guarantee), and most likely not advance in the playoff as much as we'd all like. Or, pony up more to get some of those 4 and 5 star players they've been losing the last 2,3 seasons. I stopped purchasing season tickets after the 2019 season, so I'm just not going to bitch and moan as much as I would if I was more inve$ted. I can see Kirby getting tired of the BS, but maybe not for a few more years. I'd love to see another Dawg NC, but I don't see that happening. Maybe if they make Nic Saban the top man in college football, and they lay down some reasonable rules, I might get more excited again.

Bobo surgery...

That type surgery typically takes 9-12 months to recover. When did he has surgery, and who does UGA have available to play center?
I don't think he's good HC material, but what do I know? And, Cleveland???
Can't blame him. He was injured a good bit the first half of the season, wasn't he?

Cignetti looked at their production/performance before taking them, not star rating. Then, he and his staff coached and planned their asses off.

This IU coach has put together a great staff and the right mix of players. I am very impressed. BTW...Kirby needs to start using this portal and NIL $ better.

I read on a different message board that Bowens is thinking about leaving.
If that were to happen, Monken would still have to deal with a problematic OL and it's OL coach. And, it appears the WR room is still not very good. I know injuries have something to do with the passing struggles at times but still.
Couldn't contain my laughter...

Improving the OL and DL is paramount if Kirby wants to start winning some of these playoff games. I would start there and coaches should be part of the fix.
Where did you get that info? Not trying to start anything but, would like to know if that is true.
The Dawg defense didn't play well at all tonight. So, there's that too.
The first place Kirby needs to work on/improve is OL and DL. Start there and things will get better.
