He's not going anywhere though given the number of seniors he has, turning it over to a new guy would allow him to have a rather fresh group to start with.

The thing that saddens me most is the sorry state our Economy is in and the sorry prospects graduates are seeing out there now. It hurts my heart to have energetic young folks apply and all the personnel gal can tell them is that IF things turn around...
Both my Daughters have student loans and families and they are like their Papa as they are unafraid of being labeled for doing what work they can find. Neither will likely ever realize their schooling for their lives have taken a different road given their situation.
So many here fall into this group of folks and it just pisses me off to no end that a group of elitists who got that way because we elected them oversaw and approved the greatest theft of wealth in the History of Mankind.
