The Hickory can really be added to anything. Especially Gumbo, steak marinades, and certainly chicken dishes for the perfect grill effect!!! Liquid Smoke Rules!!! Try it More!!!

Saute red or green peppers w/ onion
2 peppers / 1 onion in olive oil
add in a little garlic powder
then heavy on the cayenne and some black pepper
at the same time with about 1/4 cup of Cane Syrup
and 1/2 cup of beer
simmer with sausage link in pan for about 15 mins
Delicious!

With y'all on the two alarm! But we add extra rotel or salsa and bell-peppers... Way too easy!
