It actually had nothing to do with Reebok liquidating stock. The website was setup like a store with inventory. The inventory has been around for a little bit and went through a natural progression of markdowns that usually occurs in the stores. Unlike the stores no one was able to touch this merchandise until the beta went live hence the really great deals that some were able to get.
If it was a clearance item, just treat it like a clearance item in the store. Once it's gone, it's gone.
If you notice when you go to the site you are not directly on the shopping portion. As you saw from your google search, it is a beta because the site still has some kinks to work out. It's also a test of the whole process to make sure it is all working as designed from the time you place your order until the product actually arrives at your doorstep.
I can assure you all there were no errors or problems with any of those products. These items were those prices for a very specific reason that has nothing to do with any quality issues or pricing errors.
