He was, i watched him play a few games. he was smooth back there running things, and a decent arm......he would just glide when he ran....but I wouln't want him as my qb....

I get this. But its stil a waste of time. GET your team ready instead of taking FAKE calls and only saying what YOU think the Masses WANT to hear.
WTF you want him to do, say frick the contract, frick the show. I mean come on dude. Just stfu.

BS,they have thrown before in games, with bama being a good game last year. It's not like they haven't thrown the ball down the field before...this debate is rantarded. Plus, you don't know that all five teams you are speaking of are better than the three we have played. You don't know if WV is better than State or NC. You don't really know if auburn or arky is...auburn did beat state by 3...but it was a good game.

I am still convinced Dale Brown had black male pictures of everyone on the LSU board and State Senate.
I am hoping you meant blackmail pics...and dale got us to two final fours and few elite 8's and several sweet 16's....say what you want...and he packed the stands for most of his coaching career.

You have some really serious personality issues going on, and some extremely anti social tendencies. Top that off with a Saban fetish. Amazing. Interestingly I have rarely if ever mentioned Saban. You have made my day brighter, no matter how much life sucks it could be worse. I could be you....
I seriously doubt that. I am 44, retired, bba, mba, cpa, place in BR and place in Destin. Play golf when I want, fish when i want, go to every ballgame home and away in my nice motor home...i have a good life. Me, I won't ever come on here and be negative about my team and look as ignorant as you guys do. the guy is 54-15, and all ignorant fricks like you do is find fault. Typical armchair qb/coach that has NO CLUE about really what it takes to win big in college football. You are entitled to your opinion, but to get on here and bash someone constantly that has had more success than ANY other coach in the history of our program...just speaks volumes about your intelligence level. Most intelligent people know that lsu was great a few years, are currently missing 1 key ingredient, but the future is very bright for this program. The program has NEVER brought in the quality of recruits that it is bringing in every single year now. So when I hear ignorant fricks like you saying how les is destroying our program, i get sick of it. Go ahead and predict your 7-5, 8-4 finishes. I just hope you have the balls to man up and admit you were wrong when you do determine that you are indeed very wrong.

hardly. I think he is a good coach. Not a g reat coach as made out. He has TWO total top 5 finishes in his career, that's it. Him and Les have almost exact winning %'s in their careers. One has one more nc, the other has one more top 5 finish. I've seen your posts on here many times worshiping saban and bashing miles. YOu are pathetic, just like nuts4lsu, mike4lsu, jackson123, tcuden, the whap, and many, many more. Just a bunch of young ignorant punks with no clue about the reality of college football. You are a disgrace to the real tiger nation and i wish you'd go jump on the bama bandwagon....of course, that may be who you already are in the first place...just trying to stir shite. I would hope so, because if not, you are just a pathetic piece of scum.

It's the same with offense, true innovation is rare, but when it does happen, like the spread offense for instance, you don't get a copyright on it. If it works well, one season later 20 teams copy you, then the season after that 50 teams are doing it. For the life of me I can't figure out how guys like you think. You don't think our coaches pore over hours and hours of film, both of themselves and other teams? You don't think they understand what other teams are doing schematically that we could use or learn to defend against? You don't think the ENTIRE staff, who have untold years of experience coaching at every level and on many different teams KNOWS WHATS GOING ON AS WELL AS YOU? Damn your stupid.
yeah, there are truly a bunch of idiots out there. The majority of them are college or college aged kids that still think they know more than everyone else, even though they haven't been around to see ALL teams cycle through good and bad runs....welll not all teams have good runs...but you get my point...the teams that have great runs have down years.....and we are 21-9 over our down period so far....pretty damn good down period. But, we have all these young geniuses out there that think we should be minimum 10-2 and 11-1 every single year and it just don't happen in the SEC. Hell, it didn't even happen with one of the greatest players to ever play college football leading the way...tim tebow. You sound like a very logical guy, but, on this site, logic isn't used. The guy is 54-15 with three top 5's and a NC...lol...and he is a bozo......no one else has talent, only lsu should be winning nc's....hilarious. It's like these kids truly believe we are the only school. the reality of it is there are 10-12 other schools that think just like we do and they can't all win it every year....I am thankful for what we have had in terms of success, and I see some REAL potential with this team. Been following football for 30 years now, and this is about as special a defense as I can remember lsu having, in terms of big play ability. The coaches are being very conservative knowing we have been playing teams where we simply have the best talent....not taking unneccessary risks...etc...it'f funny these idiots on here actually think they know more about what's going on that these guys coaching that have been doing it at the top level for many, many years. I know a lot about football, and I'm not always happy with the way things are going...but i know this...those guys know a hell of a lot more than me.

total bs, from an obviously intellectually challenged individual that can't see the bigger picture. LSU and jefferson have had nice passing days in the past and will again. Your post saying they don't have that capability reflects your intelligence.

Hey…it’s not my fault you are too delusional and stupid to accept obvious reality. Miles got lucky as shite and backed his way into the championship game in 2007 although he tried like hell to screw it up by losing to Kentucky and Arkansas and won a MNC with Saban’s players, and Saban won a MNC last year with Shuler’s players when he went undefeated in 2009 and undefeated in the regular season in 2008.
Here's what i know. Saban left with 16 pre-season all-sec selections in 2004....and could not get to a major bowl and lost to iowa in his bowl. Other than that one great year in 2003, saban never had a GREAT year. Miles came in and upgraded the coaching staff to the point where lsu could finish with three straight top 5 finishes (which is still more than saban has had in his entire career) including 2 bcs wins and a NC. Now that NC, lsu just didn't play the only once beaten team in the land that lost their one game by 3 points....NO, LSU beat the ever living frick out of them to win the NC. Miles in a bowl game is so much better than saban and it ain't even close. LSU had some problems (kind of like bama had in 2007 losing to ulm etc...) the last couple of years, but you know what, even in those down years, they are 21-9....IN DOWN YEARS. Miles WILL take his players and WHIP saban and HIS players this year...book it. And when they do, there will be a lot of elation on this board no doubt...but there will still be a lot of sadness here as well as the taste of saban will still linger in many of your mouths.....my opinion is to stfu, because you sound more ridiculous each week. Next thing you know you will be like nuts and standing by your predictions but already making excuses for when the predictions are wrong.

I'm not a crowton fan at all. But it's hilarious how if something goes good it is ALWAYS someone else responsible no matter what. Fisher was long gone, yet getting credit for the offense at LSU. lol...laughable.
It’s not laughable; it’s the truth. Now what’s laughable is a dumb arse like you! Besides I’m not the only one who remembers this very well, there are a lot of other people on this board that also remember it well as well.
quote:
Kind of like Saban getting credit for the first THREE years at LSU.
Well if Saban hadn’t preceded Miles, not only would there not have been a MNC in 2007, but also the program never would have experienced near the success it did in 2005 and 2006. I mean its academic and I don’t see how anyone can be dumb enough to challenge this reality, but very apparently you are.
quote:
until lsu hit a bump in the road then it was miles fault
Well then according to you, whose fault is it? Saban’s? It can only be Mile’s fault, since he is the head coach! Damn!
quote:
it's miles offense, because they suck, but it's chavis defense..because they are good.....lmao...some real idiots.
Anyone halfway paying attention knows that Miles was always an offensive coach and not a defensive coach. Not only that, but also it is Less Miles who hired that incompetent Crowton in the first place and it is Less Miles that stubbornly refuses to fire him. In any event, he is the head coach and the head coach is ultimately responsible for all problems and success on the team. Hence, if the offense finished 112th in the nation last season with 4 and 5 star recruits, then because he is the head coach, the buck stops ultimately with him, and especially because he refuses to fire the main culprit. Damn...this isn't rocket science!
Dead Fish, I mean this with all sincerity and complete honesty, how does saban taste? I'm being honest here.

And again, my only point in this debate is the "we were running Fisher's offense in 2007", which isn't true. If it were, then Crowton did a better job running Fisher's offense than Jimbo did, with less-talented players.
It's true all right. I remember reading about 40 or 50 articles explaining why they made that decision.

No not really. He may have a quicker release, but his arm and his accuracy isn't as good as JJ's is in games. If you believe otherwise, re-watch the La Tech game from last season.
Fail. That was a horrendous game by lee, no doubt. he had all the support from the crowd too...lol...but his performance against Tech and jefferson's performance against vandy were very similar. Lee has a much better vertical passing game than jefferson. Always did. It's just the int's that he had a couple years ago. Maybe they are gone now, maybe they aren't....but if my team is trailing with a couple minutes to go, I'm wanting lee in the game (a confident lee)...he simply is a better vertical passer of 15-20 yards.
