Gotta say, Im a fan of Lee in practice, but so was everyone else until he started throwin the pick sixes. Guy's got a freakin' arm, just no timing and while timing is a talent, it's very coachable.... (I'll leave that where it lies)
Jefferson, however, looks the same in practice as he does on the field... very inconsistent and inaccurate, but he has the power to chunk it and pray for a miracle. JJ just seems to be the safe option (to the coaches and the fans) because he holds onto the ball for a sack more than he risks a throw.
To be honest, I'm not a fan of either, but if I were the coach I'd work with Jarret Lee's timing instead of Jordan Jefferson's accuracy. One is much more easily coached than the other in my mind. I understand the recent hatred for Lee (believe me, I wasn't happy when he came in either), but I'd like to see what he's got now. See if he's studied our playbook at all...

yea i dont think TOO many people are worried about the D
Right. I think most people will agree that our D's improvement from last year is one of the few things hyped up this preseason that will actually prove to be true.
As far as our OL, though... At least they're facing one of the toughest DL's everyday...
Although, it's still not Bama.

My prediction: 9-3 with losses to Bama, UF, and Arky.

REALLY looking forward to Rhymes... That kid is going to be electric, I think. I can't wait to watch Ryan Eades either, but only because he went to my highschool and lit up my hand when I caught for him.
