Remodeling the Exxon, will be back up in March. Heard that from a worker there when I stopped in last week. It definitely needed it.
I've also been a victim of it's tracking system saying it has been delivered only for it to show up the next day. They definitely try to work the system.

Yeah the law school credibility went out the door in the first episode when they are said to be in Criminology 101.
Yeah just sucks because the postal driver wasn't aware of the law either. It just saved him from being in the wrong :banghead:

I actually came across that riddle trying to research this law, but he wasn't at a 4-way stop. He was literally putting mail in the mailbox as I was going around him. He obviously wasn't paying attention to traffic around him, which I guess he doesn't have to do.
I think it might just be postal service vehicles. Because the officer said that he hates having to deal with wrecks involving USPS drivers because this is always the case. Am I supposed to sit behind him the whole time and follow his route? :dunno:

Anyone heard of this traffic law?

TLDR; Got in an auto accident with a U.S. Postal Service vehicle. Turned out to be my fault after the actual driver thought it was his.

I was in my neighborhood and was about to turn right onto my street as I see a post man parked at the last mailbox before the intersection that I was turning on. I go around him and turn onto my street and he clips the back of my truck. I get out and the driver admits fault and said he started driving forward and hit me. When the cop arrives the driver states the exact thing to him.
After the cop gets our info he then comes over to me and explains that unfortunately in this situation I am at fault because he has the right-of-way. He goes on to tell me that he doesn't agree with the law, and even though that he admitted fault, his vehicle is in the travel lane and even if not moving he has the right-of-way. He also told me that because he doesn't agree with the law he wasn't going to write me a ticket. Not much damage, but I found it very strange that it was still my fault.
Used to work with him at a hotel, he was the night audit. Would always come up with crazy stories as to why he would never show up. He was eventually fired.
will be flying it all the way to dallas too
