1 second left on the clock does not mean literally there is 1 second left. The chain gang had to run from midfield to the 6 yard line. Haven't watched the replay, but it seems like it was well over the 12 secs LES says he needs to get a FG. I have seen plenty of games where the ball is snapped with 1 sec left. This BS excuse that 1 sec is not enough time to run a play doesn't fly. If thats the case then just end the game at 2 or 3 secs. Why have a 1.

Everyone is missing the biggest part of this. If he truly thought there were 12 men on the field (which I think is BS, covering his @ss), then why spike it. He would get a free play. We get a TD, decline pen., we don't, try again. I know it's easy to monday morning quarterback this, but it's not that hard to figure out.

Well, none of that is going to happen as long as GC is around. I don't mind given Les one more year to make some changes and make another run. And if GC sticks around and does do all these things you say, then I'll be the first one on here to say I was wrong. So, don't hold your breath.

Well, Guava, I may be misinterpreting your statement, but Florida and Bama are over 10 wins. And they do it playing fundamental football (establish the run and stop the run). Nothing fancy, like the jack of all trades, definitly master of none Gary Crowton. Specs1 said that Crowton needs a Matt Flynn to be successful, why not use our other athletes. He just needs to coach according to his QB's abilities, meaning don't call plays that JJ can't handle because you think Flynn could handle em.
