believers out of some players and fans...I work with individuals in the Seattle area, and to be honest, they are quietly optimistic on their chances against LSU...I know, I know..we think they don't have the horses, but apparently, the players have been working their butts off and want to make a statement...My friend is close to the program and says they are light years behind LSU in talent..but, first game, on the road, a poitergeist ....I just don't want any surprises for this game!

Someone tell me I'm just over-reacting!

Can Ole Myth really handle....

the pressure this year? It's one thing to sneak up on teams, and the Rebs played with a chip on their shoulder last year...But, when now they are expected to do well, and everyone else is coming after them, will they hold up! Nutt, IMHO, always seems to motivate his teams which are underdogs..But, can he now play as the favorite!!
I really think we will have another "georgia syndrome" this year!! :)))
Bshark33...what in the hell is your problem?
at Bama will somehow have an effect on recruiting. At some point, a recruit will have to wonder if he will be next to be in the position to find another option. It is clear, Saban is clearing the roster a hell of a lot sooner than should have occurred with normal rates of attrition. But, he has a very sensitive trigger finger now, and he is looking for ANY excuse to have a player move on so he can make room. Anyway, just food for thought!
can someone tell me what kind of city it is? I know I don't have to worry about SEC football there, I know I will be outnumbered by the Gator fans, but how livable is the city? Anyone have any idea?
Never have spent much time in the area, so curious.

Tickets for UW......

I saw him play when he was a senior at Redemtorist. Seemed like a solid football player, but I didn't think he had the footwork or speed to play in the SEC. Had good skills, however, and played the run well. I had thought a mid-major college was his future. And, not too far removed from that, he is at UW.
