LSU vs. Southern Bands

This has probably been hashed and rehashed, but I believe LSU's band is much better than Southern's, moving your suzaphone up and down while playing and high stepping like you really have to pee doesn't make you talented. Is there some sort of group that ranks marching bands? USC's sucks worse...
