Will absolutely come back the week of the game. Also, happy to recap and follow up afterwards. Really looking forward to it. Counting down the days.
Thank you all for this, it is extremely helpful. We are absolutely amped and can't wait. We'll all be tuning in week 1 too, cheering for our newly adopted team.
First Time at LSU (9/13 against UF). Please Help.

I am headed to BR for my bachelor party with 16 guys. We all went to a college without a football team so we’re adopting LSU and are absolutely amped. We’ve got a bus driving us from New Orleans, and wanted to run a couple of questions by this group as you all seem helpful.
Are the preset Revelry Tailgates worth it? Seems like all out of towners, but we don’t want to be stuck without a home base with such a large group. I would love to just wander around and experience the atmosphere but recognize that 16 guys can’t just be assumed by a tailgate (even with our own drinks, some money, and that famed southern hospitality).
What time should we get there? We were thinking 12:00 for a 6:30 game, but should we come earlier?
Is it worth it to swing by chimes or another bar early in the day?
Are there any must do’s around campus we should do while we are there? Will only be getting in Saturday during the day and leaving after the game at night.
TLDR: Headed to BR for my bachelor party with 16 guys (bus from NOLA) and adopting LSU—wondering if Revelry tailgates are worth it, what time we should arrive for a 6:30 game, if Chimes is worth a stop, and any must-dos on campus since we’ll only be there Saturday.
Thank you and GEAUX TIGERS
