If tweet fails to load, click here. Who is more to blame for current market performance? President Biden or President Trump?

Of course it was. So there should be no need to lie and say that the letters MS13 were really on his hand. If he actually believes those letter letters were there then we have problems.
You need to pull your head out of your damn arse.

Jesus Christ. This is why we can’t have nice things.
We can’t have nice things because Trump can’t articulate what he is or isn’t trying to say. The actual letters MS13 were 100% photoshopped on the picture that Trump posted. That’s not up for debate. The symbols were real tattoos. The way Trump is talking really makes it sound like he believes the letters were actually there. I don’t think he realizes that they were photoshopped in to provide context.

I’m not sure if Trump realizes that it was photoshopped.. What’s going on here?

They can't even build a train station. They aren't building underground cities.

What's the point? I've yet to hear the actual point.

Is that it? Is this all they have? I'm wondering for who's ears this simpleton statement was directed?
They also have our entire media and half our our population on their side. Democrats, our media, and many of the elite have chosen to side with China. Thats going to make things a lot harder for this administration.

Very transparent administration. Democrats did all their work in secret during the Biden admin. Working to bring in millions of illegals and keeping it secret. Silently funding NGOs to work against the public interest. Doing their evil in the darkness of night.
Dirty Democrats hid Joe’s dementia from us. Republicans are completely transparent about Trump’s.

re: Walmart, Target And Home Depot CEOs Meet With President Trump To Talk Tariffs

Within just three weeks of the new tariffs kicking in on April 2, ocean container bookings from China to the U.S. have dropped by 60 percent across the board. That’s a red flag. We import around $600 billion worth of goods from China every year, and 95 percent of it comes by ocean freight. This kind of disruption isn’t just a hiccup. It could slam the economy with a $2 trillion hit. We’re talking business failures, mass layoffs, and empty shelves by summer. If the tariffs get rolled back too late, we’ll face a bullwhip effect where everyone rushes to restock at once, completely overwhelming the system and sending shipping costs into the stratosphere like we saw in 2021.
I’ve been on this website for nearly 20 years.

If these companies are relying on Chinese products for their survival perhaps they made a fatal mistake I certainly would not mind if Walmart and target went out of business and I can go to Lowe's as easily as Home Depot
The fatal mistake of trusting Trump to handle this correctly? He could have simply worked with companies and incentivized them to move manufacturing to different markets over the length of his term. I’m not too concerned about most of those products, aside from the American jobs that will be lost when they disappear. What really worries me are the essentials. Medical supplies, appliances, electronics, and power tools. Those aren’t just conveniences. The Republican Party is going to get absolutely crushed in the midterms.

Time to start taking it seriously
Tariffs are going to be Trump’s downfall

Tariffs are about to be the thing that takes Trump down. I say that as someone who supports most of what he’s done. Shelves are going to be empty in a few weeks. Not just luxury items, but stuff people use every day. Many small and medium sized businesses that are going to shut down or layoff employees while they figure out how to navigate this (mine included). Prices will skyrocket. We’re heading straight into a mini recession, and he nor the Republican Party are going to recover from it. You can’t choke off imports and expect the economy to hold up. Working-class Americans are the ones who are going to feel it first, and they won’t just sit back and take it in stride. We have not felt the pain yet.
