The story begins at the beginning with the cover-up of the Hunter Biden laptop, and here is what Marc Caputo, then at Politico, had to say about his coverage of the first son's crime-scene-on-a-hard-drive being quashed
what cover up?

what crime scene?

the first thing that repairman did was personally hand a copy of the hard drive to steve bannon, who then made a copy for giuliani.

those two had everything. they are why we even know it existed, they are who fed pictures to the Post.

"crime-scene-on-a-hard-drive"?

ok. fine. what is it? what crime?

no one is burying the story now, and you still have the hard drive, so tell me, what was covered up? what would have sunk Biden?

pictures of Hunters dick? is that what cost trump the election? was his campaign based on America seeing his opponents sons dick?

for 5 goddamn years now maga has screamed about this monstrous cover up, so what exactly was covered up?

US refineries need heavier Canadian crude. A West Texas barrel and a Canadian barrel aren’t the same thing. US refiners already use as much US crude as they can stomach…that’s why the lighter barrels go to the export market right now.
people here need to know that this is exactly why "drill baby drill" to lower gas prices was, and is, an outright scam. that will do nothing. it is a lie.

double our production if you want, in fact you can start today, only 1 percent of Texas is federal land, there is absolutely nothing stopping anyone from drilling more. that is not the problem.

problem is we dont have the refineries for it.

historically, what the world was putting out was heavy sour oil, so thats what our refineries are configured for. and America produces almost none of that, we produce shale.

the Canadian government charges heavy tariffs on the USA imports.

Canada businesses are getting a free ride at the expense of the American business while enjoying the proceeds of a large tariff on anything the American business sends to them.

the frick are you talking about.

there are virtually no Canadian tariffs of any kind on imports from America. it is near zero.

the only notable exception is dairy, poultry, and eggs (to protect the farmers, we do the exact same thing to Canada, mainly with sugars and products containing sugar) and that is only for imports over a quota, a quota that both sides agreed to in the trade deal.

and by "the trade deal", I mean the USMCA, the deal Trump introduced, negotiated, and signed. so if you have a problem take it up with him.

One thing is them taking advantage of having a half-assed military incapable of defending their borders because they can call Uncle Sugar to save them.
defend them from who?

Who did we save Canada from?

The only one talking about invading is us.

New trade deals
our current trade deal is Trumps trade deal. The USMCA. The "globalist economic policy ... trying to tank the US" that he has to "neutralize" was his idea, he proposed it at G20, he negotiated it, he signed it in 2020.

But fine, whatever, what specifically would you like changed?

How are we being taken advantage of?

You have absolutely no idea do you?
