But it is close to being complete. All the paving is complete. Does not take long to install the landscaping.
Pool house is lagging behind but will open without it....

This won’t be bare minimum. There’s going to be a nice size pool and lazy river. Bar at pool. Golf cart rentals and gym in the pool house. They plan on planting an absurd amount of oaks too along with some landscaping. ...

I’m familiar with the project. It will be partially opened in August with the pool house being finished later....
