It's that simple.
The slurring, points to being intoxicated with alcohol. It was creepy at first, but people drunk say things that are funny if you know they are drunk.

Why do they not? We can send billions to Zelensky and Ukraine, but we can't protect the people running for office of the Presidency here. At the same time, RFK Jr. did have a father and uncle get assasinated because of their last name. That should catch some attention from the government. I get what you are saying, but that is another flaw we have in our government.

They really do not have anyone worth a shite to run for office other than maybe RFJ Jr. Biden did RFK Jr. wrong not allowing him to have any Secret Service protection. That should be a crime in itself.
