With the advent of the downturn in the economy, Amazon has sunk even lower than previously and is now untenable as a source for anything due to poor quality, delivery issues and lousy customer service. 3rd party sellers have been pooped on by the behomath Amazon and are now retaliiating themselves by dissing buyers on this platform. And it so bad that Amazon has shielded themselves with the dreaded wall of foreign customer service that includes poor connections and very unintelligible thick tongued english speaking people. Couple that with the even more dreaded answering system which attempts to use artificial intelligence to handle customer issues. No sir, you are not alone in your disdain for this outfit. The cost of a rocket ship program, yachts as big as city blocks, newswpaper ownership, etc have caused this once well run organization to become a has-been. I remember when Sear's was as big as Amazon and I watched as they, too, fell from grace due to poor customer service and high prices. The parallels are astonishing.
