Thank you all for the suggestions. I am doing this on Wednesday and haven't found a pot big enough so I'll be doing this in several different pots.

Jambalaya Pot in Michigan

Hi!I realize that this is a long shot but figured I'd try. I am originally from the Gonzales area but moved to Michigan about 2 years ago. I have been making and sharing jambalaya made from PocheJP's recipe (Thanks for that!) that was posted many years ago with people here and they love it. My wife and I have volunteered to cook it at our church for a Wednesday night dinner where we feed about 120 people. This will be my first time doing one of this size. I've managed to finally get the jambalaya calculator downloaded and so know that I need about a 14 gallon pot. I am not sure what my church has right now as far as pot sizes but I will be going to look soon. I do know that they don't have any cast iron pots and definitely not one big enough for 14 gallons of jambalaya. As much as I would love to buy a new pot, my wife and I are just not in a place to get one at the moment. My questions is, do any of you know anyone in West Michigan who might have a pot we can borrow. I am still working other angles with people I know from here but that hasn't gone very well so far. Anyway, thank you for reading and even more so, thank you for helping.
