This happened to me in the past and it was because my TV subscription in the ESPN app had disconnected. Once I reset to my cable account it worked again. Hope this helps

Also purchased the weekend package. First time user so wondering where on the website will the event show up for viewing? Under Streaming right now it still is asking for me to purchase and under Orders it just shows that my order is complete.
