I have never been so happy to find someone with the same problem as me. Just to verify, are you saying;
Tie all three Brown Wires together, then connect to the single Brown Wire on the new 4 Flat Connector
Tie all three White Wires together, then connect to the single White Wire on the new 4 Flat Connector
Connect Green to Green
Connect Yellow to Yellow
Please let me know when you can, I made the same discovery on my Karavan Trailer
