Bouncers/Doormen are not allowed to hit anyone unless hit first. Assault and ILLEGAL. Only security can use physical force with proper training. FACTS

Was there and yes you are correct. Exactly what happened. B**** boy doorman punched him. Then while guy laid there unconcious group of more B**** boys started kicking him in the head. Hope he files suit on door guy and bar if hes allowed to keep his job.
