Not Maui Jim because they’re still a privately held company, just Costa Del Mar! See, it seems to be that Costa Del Mar had been owned as a wholly owned subsidiary of Essilor. Essilor International S.A. is a French-based international ophthalmic optics company that designs, manufactures and markets lenses to correct or protect eyesight. In January 2017, Essilor announced a merger with Italian eyewear giant Luxottica. On October 1, 2018, the new holding company EssilorLuxottica was born, resulting in combined market capitalization of approximately €57 billion.
