It's the prosecutions burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, not the other way around

I wonder why they are DNA testing, it seems pretty open and shut to me... The guy caved an old diabetic man's skull in and stomped him out multiple times. I don't care what substance(s) he was on, that's messed up
I'm sure they'll try and get it reduced to manslaughter, which they probably will. Judging on how severe and brutal the crime was, I predict he will get a hefty sentencing... my guess being 15-20 years.
I would have to imagine it's got to be going to trial sometime soon though. It's been over 2 years. Any updates?
