Ok was gonna get off but checked the OU boards one last time. Here is a little scoop of catnip for you kitties - rumor is 6 OU players about to be suspended including Ronnie Perkins and Trejan Bridges. Looks like it might have legs. Better sign the croots early lol.

If you all get thrown a bone like a 6-player suspension you guys had better make a run.

I’d rather see you all win out than Clemson or tOSU. Christmas gifts and Santa ?? might have LSU’s name on it this year.

AU okay on Dfens but their offense being run by a true Frosh. You guys might play in the SEC but your hardest game was against a Big 12 team that came within a Tiger’s whisker of beating you.

And yes - the Heisman voters were NOT going to give it to OU a third year in a row. We knew that going in more this season okay. It is why our guy didn’t run up easy numbers in trash time to pad the stats.

Winning the Heisman and playing in the CFP is a mighty special accomplishment and a special place to be. We call it Home here in Norman. I was disappointed Hurts didn't win in NYC but giving it to OU for a third year in a row just wouldn't hardly be fair. Gotta let others share in the Magic.

Y'all had me scared when you played Texas with them always being on your goal line. I was pulling for You and hoping the ghost of Curley Hallman wouldn't show up - lol I can remember Curley. He did those potato chip commercials and was real entertaining. Where is 'ol Curley these days?

Anyway - I digress (that means I got off course) - you all escaped with a W over Texas (we beat 'em a few weeks later without the multiple goal line cliffhangers) and you all also got revenge on A&M for beating you last year. They are real down this season from 2018 but still a decent W.

As an aside, I think we own the record on the Aggies with that 77-0 we did awhile back. I don't think anyone will ever beat that - and who would want to right?

Well - hoping for a good game and I wouldn't mind seeing OU win out of course. It would be our 8th National Championship. Would have to make room somewhere in the Trophy cabinet for it. Might need a new shelf. Heck. We got 7 Heismans sitting in there, too.

LOL - as an aside a gal at work wished my Sooners good luck in beating Missouri in the CFP. I told her we weren't playing the Missouri Tigers. She then said she hoped we beat Auburn! Lol. So many Tigers, I guess. But hey she isn't a football fan. All she knows is OU beats Texas every year and the Dallas Cowboys want our coach.

Oh - I hope that Heisman hangover don't get ya. That kind of thing distracts a team. And the CFP is such a big stage. If you ain't been before it can be overwhelming. It helps to be seasoned and might make the difference. I'm glad we're not the noobies this year.
