You check in every now and then but miraculously responded in 6 minutes from the op’s post.

Ronk,
You're already my favorite poster on the Home & Garden board. Keep spittin' gems like this and you'll be my second favorite poster (Cap Crown holds down the top spot) on the Recruiting board.

Hands down the best recipe out there and make sure you don't skip the end of step 2, "Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes" BEFORE adding your peas.

If she died without a will, the term you need to understand is "per stirpes". But if there's a will then everything will get distributed in accordance with the will (once a succession is completed) unless there are any forced heirs the will attempts to cut out.

I haven't found a rub that beats a heavy dose of fresh ground pepper and sea salt. Personal preference but I'd rather cook at 400 until initial temp of around 180 (8-10 minutes per side) as opposed to smoking. The skin crisps up better at higher temps. Especially if you leave uncovered on a wire rack in the fridge overnight to let the skin dry out. If all goes wrong, you can always toss in a mixture of butter and Frank's hot wing sauce at the end and cover up any shortcomings in the cook.

Take it to dealer and tell them it has issues with torque convertor shudder. They'll swap out the transmission fluid with an improved version and it fixes everything. All done under warranty unless you've blown through the mileage warranty.

LA WLF puts out a map based on actual data see map here. They've killed does off of our lease around Kepler Lake to determine exact conception date.
Just keep an eye on the rain and check these before you go. I always like to look at two just in case there's a bust in one of the site's data.

re: Roth IRA for Children

100% yes you can. And the chances of you or your children running afoul of the IRS on a $6000 tax return is ridiculously minuscule. The fact you're considering this tells me you probably already have an idea of the answer but find any calculator and see what $6000/yr invested for 59 years grows to at whatever rate of return you think is safe.
